Coming from humble beginnings and being the first in my family to graduate from college, I've always understood the value of hard work and the occasional need for a lucky break or helping hand. Recognizing the importance of giving back, I founded the Rae of Light Foundation to support the future of the spa industry. Every year, my foundation awards scholarships for individuals to take my spa leadership courses.
